&lt;li&gt;Organize and execute multiple public events in Chicago and Northwest Indiana to increase audience awareness of our FM and online broadcast across our broadcast area ranging from tabling at summer festivals to live on-air publicity events. 
&lt;li&gt;Build calendar of events throughout region that we can have a presence at and coordinate with Project Manager on selection of events and execution. 
&lt;li&gt;Regularly go on-site and promote various station-wide initiatives in our FM signal area through tabling, one on one conversations and street teaming. 
&lt;li&gt;Write bi-weekly newsletter that highlights different aspects of overall marketing effort as well as upcoming events. Contribute to website and outreach blogs. Develop strategies to get more traffic to blogs and site in general. 
&lt;li&gt;Maintain relationship with area organizations and businesses to trade website ads, on-air mentions and inclusion in events. 
&lt;li&gt;Execute a variety of sponsorship packages when sold. Including events, on-air and web presence and activating our social networks. 
&lt;li&gt;Assist with creating marketing materials (print, broadcast and online). 
&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement a process to evaluate and report on the success of and &amp;#8220;lessons learned&amp;#8221; from each event/opportunity.
